Shipping, Returns & Warranty

The legal versions are our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. This page is the plain-English version. If the two ever disagree, tell us, because that's a mistake on our end.

How fast we ship

Orders placed on a business day are processed that same day. Orders placed after hours or on a weekend go out the next business day.

What you ordered When it ships

Stock parts don't sit in a queue. The only thing that adds time is color work, because a coated finish has to be sprayed or powder-coated and cured before it can go in a box.

What shipping costs

We charge actual shipping. We don't do free shipping, and we'd rather be straight with you about that than bury the cost in the part price like a lot of shops do.

  • Most domestic orders land between $14 and $25
  • USPS Ground Advantage is available for smaller parts
  • Big or heavy items cost more, and you'll see the real number at checkout before you commit

Shipping is calculated live at checkout against real carrier rates. No surprises after you pay.

Domestic carriers: USPS, UPS and FedEx.

International orders

We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated live at checkout the same as domestic.

We ship directly to: Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, the Czech Republic, Australia, New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates.

Everywhere else: we still ship. Enter your address at checkout and you'll get live rates.

International carriers: USPS, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce and FedEx, depending on destination and package size.

Duties and import taxes are collected at checkout. That means the total you pay us is the total you pay — no customs invoice waiting for you, and no package held hostage at the door until you settle a bill you didn't expect. If you've ordered parts from the States before, you know why that matters.

Returns

You have 30 days. The part needs to be unused and in its original packaging.

A 10% fee applies to refunds. That covers the payment processing and restocking we don't get back. It's on this page instead of in the fine print because you should know before you order.

We can't take back:

  • Parts that have been installed or used
  • Electrical components
  • Custom-finish and special-order items, including anything painted or powder-coated to your color
  • Pre-orders
  • Clearance and final-sale items

None of that is unusual for parts — a mounted-and-drilled bracket or a custom-coated cover can't be resold. It's another reason to confirm fitment with us before you order.

Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product and by manufacturer, so rather than print a chart nobody reads, here's how we actually handle it.

If you have a legitimate warranty claim, we'll take care of it. A defect in the part, a finish that failed on its own, hardware that wasn't right out of the box, something that was wrong from the start — contact us with your order number and photos and we'll sort it out. We don't make people fight for this.

What warranty doesn't cover is physical damage. That means crash and impact damage, scratches or chips from installation, road debris, corrosion from neglect, damage from improper installation, modifications to the part, and normal wear from riding. A part that got hurt on the road or on the bench isn't a warranty claim, and we'd be lying if we said otherwise.

If you're not sure which side of that line you're on, send photos and ask. We'd rather look at it than argue about it.

Damaged or wrong

Contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right. Photos help. This isn't a fight — if we shipped you the wrong thing or the carrier crushed it, that's ours to fix.
